We're not just about baking.
We're about giving the opportunity to those who might not otherwise have it.

Bake It Forward exists so no kid has to wonder if there are enough ingredients at home to experience that moment. We teach. We serve. We show up.

Leadership is a year-round commitment — about 3 to 4 hours a week. Meetings are virtual and held every two weeks. Pick your role below, answer those questions plus two general ones at the end. Finalists get a virtual interview.

Expanding to New Cities — Applications Open

Chapter Ambassador

Ambassadors bring BIF to their cities. You recruit volunteers, plan local events, and build community under the BIF brand — with direct support from our founding team. Monthly virtual meetings, weekly check-ins with HQ, and 3–4 hours a week of real work. This is the most independent role we offer. It's also a year-round commitment — building a chapter doesn't stop when school lets out.

Edmond, Norman, Yukon, Midwest City, Moore — and we're open to other OKC metro cities and select out-of-state applicants.
